How to use:

Put one tea bag in a cup, pour about 300 ml of hot water and let it brew for 3-5 minutes. Then take out the tea bag and enjoy the tea. The recommended dose is 1-2 tea bags per day. Start with a weaker infusion and then adjust the strength to your taste. Please note that too strong tea can cause intestinal relaxation.
